In case a contract of legal consultancy has been agreed for at least an annual period, our firm holds to be a decisive element both for the effectiveness of its own action and for the Client satisfaction as well as to give him the opportunity to draw the greatest benefit from the requested legal consultancy, to allow the participation of the law firm professionals to the preparatory discussions to the assumption of "key" decisions concerning our Client business. This involvement reveals more advantageous and profitable in case participation is permitted to Client Executive Committees, Top Management or Board of Directors meetings.

The purpose of this participation is not to assist to such sessions for mere curiosity or to exhibit, intervening in the discussion, a theorist and abstract preparation concerning law, but to acquire deeper knowledge of the Client business environment.

A way to offer answers, solutions, legal advices the most appropriated to the specific business reality.

Besides, our participation at the meetings offers our Clients the opportunity to take advantage, whereas for our opinion is asked, from the experiences matured by our team lawyers in different business contexts and facing articulated matters, complex and with multidisciplinary implications; and furthermore make our Client comfortable with the fact that the behaviours and the decisions that he is going to adopt will be correct from the ethical and legal point of view.

Our lawyers, therefore, are not among those people who believe that the lawyers necessarily have to circumscribe their support solely to the legal aspects, business choices, contractual tools to support of the commercial distribution locally or internationally.

Behave with integrity, correctness and loyalty doesn't mean only to not promise or to give gifts or other utilities to some among the Client staff, but on the contrary accepting to assume our liabilities in case of errors or failures, without seeking false justification or misrepresenting the reality to put the responsibility on Clients employees. Rather, trying to circumscribe the course and the consequences of possible errors or mistakes made by members of our Client business organization, and acting, to the extent possible, with confidentiality and cautiousness, without emphasis on the causes that have determined our intervention and results.

5. PROVIDE ANSWERS AND BEING "PROBLEM SOLVERS"

When a Client turns to the law firm it means that he needs to have an answer to a precisely doubt of legal nature, to get support in the deal or negotiating an agreement or in the implementation of a business idea,  or to face a problem that he would like to resolve thanks to our assistance and advice.

We want, in fact, that our Clients can adequately feel always assisted and not abandoned to inexperienced and superficial figures.
