Some of these will be set out here, in order to increase the information this website is intended to give:

• taking on an assignment, is preceded by a preliminary examination which aims to explain to the client the legal aspects of the issue, its possible solutions and foreseeable duration and expenses;
• the terms of the appointment will be agreed upon in writing.

For appointments concerning extrajudicial matters, an agreement with the Client may be made as for a hourly based fees, which will be set according to the minimum allowed by law.
