Mr. Stelio Campanale was born in Bari in 1962, graduated in law in 1986 , he is a member of the Bar and he is registered as an Accounting Auditor. Currently he is a member of the Board of Directors of national and foreign companies, coordinator in Chief of the Control Organism, according to the Italian Law D.leg. 231/01 and member of board of auditors.
He is an expert in the field of international trade and he has supported the internationalization activity of several Italian companies providing assistance in drafting distributorship agreements with Italian and foreign counterparts (agency, distributorship, international franchising) and in purchasing general terms and conditions, assisting them in the choice of the more suitable international means of payment, and also assisting clients in the acquisition of business units and/or companies and in setting up companies abroad (Australia, Albania, Ireland, Great Britain, Neverland, Romania, U.S.A., Hong Kong, Chinese Popular Republic, Germany, Greece). He is moreover in charge of starting economical, commercial, tourist and financial undertakings and joint ventures.
Starting from 2000, together with his law professional experience, Mr. Campanale has carried out law lecture activities at University, in postgraduate and master courses and, due to his theoretical-practical competence, he is often asked to act as speaker in conferences and seminars in the field of international trade law.
He is the author and co-writer of books relating to company law and international trade law and he has written several articles published in giuridical-economical magazines.
Together with the other activities and tasks, Mr. Stelio Campanale is the Honorary Consul of Greece in Apulia, Italy, for the territories of Bari, Foggia and Matera, and he is the Chairman of the board of Directors of the Italian-Hellenic Chamber of Affairs. He was for over 10 years the General Counsel of an Italian company listed in the New York stock exchange (NYSE).
